We fly to the moon, build nuclear weapons, fight cancer and AIDS, work 24/7, blog 24/7, build sky high buildings, cross oceans in no time and we brag about our big accomplishments as if our lives depend on that.
But we all forget that little nothings make the difference, they are the big accomplishments that help us bring the best out of us when we need it the most, like reaching that moon.
Here's my sweet little things that support me and help me reach my big goals. And two of them are the most beautiful and smart things in the whole Universe.
They make me feel like 100 years old when I chase them around the house or the other way around, they make me look like an angry dragon, blowing smoke and fire through my nostrils when they piss me off with their tantrums, they steal a lot of my sleep time so the next day I look more dead than alive but it all goes to hell when they hug me, or place a sweet (and incredibly wet) kiss on my cheek and I totally melt when they tell me they love me.
And when they pair with few other little "nothings", life doesn't seem like a dumpster so much.
A walk in the park...
...a family picnic...
...a little tantrum at the supermarket...
...mom's great food...
...sunshine in my living room on a cold day...
...pregnant on a beach...
Life feels empty without them.

That was beautifully written! My now teenaged boys drive me crazy but I can't stand the thought of life without them!
